Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa Hotel, Agadir

The hotel's rooms are beautifully designed with very comfortable beds, but some areas can be a bit scruffy. The service is mixed, with friendly and helpful staff, but also issues like credit card incidents. The location is great, right on the beach with easy access and stunning views, although not all staff members are proactive. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in service and dining.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were tidy and nicely decorated, offering a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, but unfortunately, there was a delay in receiving staff attention when the room flooded. Although the location was great, right on the beach with comfortable cabanas, it was a bit far from the main attractions. The dining experience was amazing with delicious dishes and a variety of options, yet a bit pricey. The facilities were well-maintained with a spacious dining room and terrace.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms had the most beautiful view of the pool looking out to the sea, spacious and equipped with large shower, dressing table, closet, and a decent size terrace with a comfortable sofa. The concierge service at the front desk was exceptional, and the gated entrance with security provided a sense of safety. However, the twin room setup might not suit everyone's preferences.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The twin room felt very intimate, which may not suit everyone. The staff could be hit or miss at times, especially over a two-week stay due to some particularly bad interactions. However, the lovely service exceeded my expectations, especially Munir from reception who went above and beyond to upgrade us to a suite. The dining experience was excellent with live cooking, fresh juices, and tasty pastries. The location was great despite some concerns about the pool area. Overall, a memorable but slightly inconsistent stay.
